Artist/Painter Joy’s Custom Sneakers Miami, FL 33157 Job Summary We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Artist to join our team in Miami-Dade . This role is perfect for someone with strong painting skills—particularly in brush and/or airbrush techniques—who wants to apply their talents to custom sneaker design. If you’re passionate about hands-on artistic work and want to grow in a flexible, supportive environment, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities Hand-paint sneakers using brush and/or airbrush techniques. Execute designs with precision and attention to detail. Maintain consistent quality and craftsmanship across all projects. Meet production deadlines, including last-minute or rush orders. Follow design briefs and collaborate with the team on custom work. Complete in-person training (1 month) before transitioning to remote work (as applicable). Skills Experience in painting—brush or airbrush preferred. Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards. Comfortable working on repetitive yet intricate designs. Able to follow instructions and meet tight deadlines. Must reside in Miami-Dade County . Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Compensation Potential to transition to Full-Time + Overtime. 1 month of paid in-person training. Work-from-home option available after training. All tools, materials, and equipment provided.
