ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help the Chef in all the preparation and area of work You will fillet fish You will cut fresh vegetable, fruits and prepare our sauces You will follow the steps for a correct preparation of the rice You will check and assess the quality of the products You will be responsible for the cleanings and the maintenance of high hygienic standards in the kitchen You will check the orders of products for the kitchen and check the DDTs You will make thousands of customers happy every day serving poke bowls and other menu items You will set up the store and the counter before each service and clean everything after the service You will become a master in deliveries, dealing with different operators and handing over your delicious poke to the riders You will offer an impeccable service to customers through our “poke experience”
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of HACCP procedures 1+ years of Previous customer service experience in a Bar, Café or Restaurant Availability to work 5 to 6 days a week
