Job Overview The Art Finishing Specialist will be responsible for hand embellishing Giclees. The ideal candidate will be a skilled painter with an extraordinary eye for detail and a deep appreciation for art. They will not be creating their own art, but will be working to enhance the art created by Artist Justyn Farano. The Art Finishing Specialist will be a key player in producing Farano Fine Art’s products. They will bring their painting skills and keen eye for detail to the role, taking pride in their work as they enhance the art created by Justyn Farano. This role requires a passion for art, a meticulous nature, and the ability to uphold the high standards of quality set by Farano Fine Art. Key Responsibilities Hand embellishing high-quality giclees. Adhere to high-quality art standards to maintain brand consistency and quality. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient workflow. Uphold and respect the artistic vision of Artist Justyn Farano in all completed works. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional painter or in a similar role. Proven skills in painting and embellishing, preferably with experience in giclee production. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of artistic techniques and principles. Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team. A deep appreciation for art and the artistic process. Compensation Exact pay to be based on skills. Open to hourly rate or a per piece rate.
