Description Robert Half is hiring an AI Artist on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking organization seeking to redefine creative production through the power of artificial intelligence. This exciting 12-18 month contract role offers an unparalleled opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge generative AI tools, elevate brand storytelling, and design innovative creative workflows—all while working 100% remotely. If you thrive at the intersection of artistry and technology, this role could be the perfect match. As part of the client’s Creative Studios rapid test-and-learn incubator, you’ll collaborate with agency partners, creative leads, and the AI Project Manager to push the limits of creative innovation and develop scalable solutions using advanced AI technologies. Key Responsibilities +
AI-Powered Creation:
Leverage state-of-the-art generative AI platforms (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Firefly, and others) to design original visuals, animations, and concepts. +
Workflow Innovation:
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-assisted workflows that improve creative production processes. +
Testing & Iteration:
Rapidly test, prototype, and document creative solutions across various AI tools while refining best practices for future use. +
Brand Storytelling:
Translate creative briefs into AI-driven outputs that strengthen the brand’s narrative and create engaging audience experiences. +
Industry Awareness:
Stay ahead of trends and innovations in AI art, generative technologies, and creative workflows to ensure the client remains at the forefront of the industry. +
Knowledge Sharing:
Present findings, case studies, and prototypes to the client’s broader Creative Studios team to inspire new ideas and solutions companywide. Requirements Skills & Qualifications +
Generative AI Expertise:
Extensive experience utilizing cutting-edge creative technologies such as MidJourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, and more. +
Artistic Background:
A strong foundation in design, digital art, animation, or visual storytelling. +
Tech Enthusiasm:
Deep curiosity and excitement for experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools. +
Strategic Thinking:
Proven ability to connect artistic vision with brand or business objectives. +
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative spirit. +
Bonus:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
