Key Responsibilities:
Host, hype, and guide each session with enthusiasm Give demos on techniques like splatter, pour, and balloon dogs Mix custom paint colors and manage bottle flow Adjust music and lighting to match group energy Ensure safety rules and session pacing are followed Support private events with themed add-ons and energy Capture photos, create IG-worthy moments, and be the vibe
Requirements:
Passion for creativity and people Performance, teaching, or hosting experience a plus Weekend availability required Must be able to stand for long periods
