The Rubber Ducky will serve as a beloved companion, promoting fun and imagination while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children. Duties Provide companionship to children during bath time or playtime, encouraging imaginative play. Engage with children through playful interactions, fostering a positive atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the play area, ensuring all toys and materials are in good condition. Assist in promoting the brand through social media interactions or community events. Collaborate with team members to develop new games or activities that enhance the play experience. Experience Previous experience in childcare, education, or entertainment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents. A creative mindset with an enthusiasm for imaginative play. Ability to work well in a team environment while being adaptable to various situations.
