Job Location Corporate – Aurora, NY Salary Range $17.50
Description Position Summary:
Mackenzie-child’s is seeking a talented, creative artist/individual to hand-paint furniture for their luxury brand. Training is provided for our signature fine art designs such as landscapes, florals, checks, gold leaf and faux marble to name a few using mediums such as artists acrylics and latex paints. Work in a casual, team-based environment and strive to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Additional duties may be assigned) 85% Paint furniture pieces following outlined design and instruction from our design and product development teams 10% Resolve quality control issues and make needed repairs on customer returns. 5% Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
High school diploma or
GED Location:
Aurora, NY Requirements:
Exerts up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently or to move objects Attention to detail required for planning work methods and sequences to obtain size, shape, or physical qualities of product
Work well in a team-based environment, have solid interpersonal skills and be adaptable to change
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on improving efficiencies and maintaining quality
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a face-paced environment
