Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Microblading Artist with a strong artistic background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for symmetry, color theory, and facial aesthetics, and be passionate about creating natural, beautiful brows tailored to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional microblading and brow services in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Conduct client consultations, assess skin types, and recommend appropriate brow shapes and styles Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols Capture before-and-after photos for portfolio and marketing use Build and maintain strong client relationships Educate clients on aftercare and brow maintenance

Requirements:

Valid microblading certification or license (in accordance with state regulations) Portfolio demonstrating microblading work and artistic skill Background in fine arts, design, or a related field strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills A strong eye for detail, shape, and color Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Previous experience in a spa, salon, or clinical setting is a plus
