Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and scheduling studio bookings, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Providing exceptional customer service to faculty, students, and external clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining meticulous records and inventory of studio equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of studio spaces for classes, events, and productions.
• Collaborating with the Studio Manager and other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall studio operations.
  The ideal candidate will possess:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with studio/multimedia software (training provided).
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
