Plastic Painter (1st & 2nd Shift) Swift Outsourcing Solutions Jacksboro, TN 37757 We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing our team! Only those with previous painting experience will be considered. Our company maintains a drug-free workplace. Position & Shift:
✅ Plastic Painter
- 1st Shift (5:00 AM
- 1:30 PM)
- $16.00/hr. ✅ Plastic Painter
- 2nd Shift (2:30 PM
- 11:00 PM)
- $16.
80/hr. (includes 5% shift differential)
Requirements:
✅ Knowledge of basic tools ✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings and work orders ✅ Plastic or Metal paint prep experience ✅ Experience mixing and handling paint finishes ✅ Experience preparing metal surfaces for painting (cleaning, grinding, sanding, smoothing) ✅ Must be able to pass a respiratory test
Essential Functions:
✅ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, grinding, sanding, and smoothing ✅ Handle, mix, and apply paint finishes in a safe, efficient manner ✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop ✅ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools ✅ Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently ✅ Follow all safety regulations and guidelines We offer a unique work environment that values quality, teamwork, and reliability.
