Artist Relations Coordinator Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Artist Relations Coordinator PEG Music Nashville, TN 37219 • Hybrid work PEG Music LLC is hiring a part-time A/R Coordinator (ARC) for their Nashville office location. Candidates must already live in the greater Nashville metropolitan area before submitting an application. Because this role will be working directly with musicians, we are not able to consider candidates who are themselves musicians. Instead, we look forward to supporting all independent artists in and around Nashville. The ARC should expect to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, with the possibility of working 20+ hours/week. The starting hourly rate is $20/hour but will increase within the first 3 months with top performance. This position has the possibility of converting to a full-time role.

The Job:

The ARC will be helping to identify, engage and support independent musicians who live in Nashville. The ARC will be responsible for attending shows, concerts, writers’ rounds, festivals and other live performance events to engage with musicians. The ARC will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing database of 1,700+ independent artists, providing daily, weekly and monthly updates. The ARC would conduct meetings with artists, in addition to watching them perform at a multitude of venues and environments. The ARC would be creating social media posts/stories of artist performances to be posted on social media platforms.

Be available to attend nightly events/shows, mostly Monday-Thursday, after 5pm. Have availability during the day to conduct meetings with artists and teammates.
