(10%) Develop and manage a long term plan for equipment installation, updates and maintenance church-wide. (10%) Stay current on best practices and innovations in the production and technology arenas. (10%) Provide input and creative ideas to enhance Wednesday and Weekend gatherings in the areas of stage design and technology. (30%) Partner with Calvary Chapel FTL Technical team members by relationship and service and help with Events at the Ft. Lauderdale Campus.

You have:

A high level of experience working with Audio & Production equipment as well as a working knowledge of modern church production techniques and equipment Experience mixing live audio for church services or productions. Great people skills The ability to train, develop, and equip a team of individuals to help assist and run the production of church services The ability to project manage, organize, prioritize, and multi-task. The ability to quickly troubleshoot and find solutions for and technical problems that arise during a live service Strong understanding of God’s Word An open flexible schedule and will be able to travel for ministry needs Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize What you are required to know: We are an EEO employer. You may have to bend, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, pull, push and/or move up to 45 lbs. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly, non-exempt position. You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.
