Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team working under an innovative company model. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of IT and communication technologies for both residential and commercial environments. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT devices and AV systems in varied environments (indoor/outdoor).
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Manage daily workflows and schedules to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, translating technical issues into clear, understandable language.
- Ensure all installations meet performance, alignment, and safety standards.
Technical Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services, networking (wired/wireless), AV systems, digital signage, and structured cabling.
- Skilled in the installation and support of home and commercial audio/video systems, including POS systems (a plus).
- Proficient in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, surveillance devices, and various IT hardware.
- Experience with running and terminating Cat5/Cat6 cables, PoE devices, and structured cabling best practices.
- Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform installations.

- Demonstrates strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Approaches problem-solving with a practical, solutions-driven attitude.
