Job Overview We are looking for a Support Technician who will play a crucial role in providing on-site troubleshooting, client-facing support, and technical excellence for high-end residential AV systems. This is not just a service role—this is a white-glove customer experience position requiring proactive problem-solving and confident communication. The right candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on installation and support experience in the custom integration industry and thrive in a high-collaboration environment.
