We are seeking experienced and motivated AV installation technicians to join our skilled field team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality residential installations with a focus on professionalism, precision, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install and program residential audio/video systems and equipment racks Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues Perform wiring and cable terminations (Cat5/6) Install and configure distributed audio systems, camera systems, and home theaters Work independently and efficiently in various residential environments Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and builders Requirements 2-5 years of experience in residential AV installation 2+ years of experience with AV system programming Strong system diagnostics and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and on ladders Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid Florida driver’s license (clean record) Clean criminal background Must pass a drug screening Reliable transportation Reside in or near Palm Beach County preferred Additional Information This is a hands-on field technician role, not an IT or graphic design position Tools provided Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Employee discounts Schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts In-person work only
