- R•OLE SUMMARY•:•This role is part of the ControlsTeam, which is an integral part of our Technical Services department.
As a member of the ControlsTeam, youwillplaya key rolein the success of ourbusinessand havecritical responsibilitiesacross the resort.
You willbe requiredto manage andmaintainaudio,CCTV,interactive theming,theatrical lighting,show controlandattraction effectsacrossresort venues.
Areas of responsibilityincluderides, attractions, hotels, restaurants,waterpark,and retail locations. This rolewillinvolvedesigning, managing,maintaining,troubleshootingandresolvingvariousequipment issues to ensureoptimalperformance,safetyandguest satisfaction. Thisposition requiresyou toestablisheffective communication with internal teamsandexternal partnerswhilstdemonstratingstrong organizational skills for equipment inventory.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- + Manageandmaintainaudio,visual,interactivetheming,theatricallightingandCCTVsystems of rides,attractionsand venues throughout theresort.
+ Creating and completingplannedpreventativeand reactivework orders as assigned. + Answer and respond toreactivecalls when equipment is malfunctioning. + Troubleshoot and solve problems relating to subject matters at work. + Completes assignments independently or while leading others in a team. + Design,installandmaintainaudio/video systems. + Able to build andmaintainrespect with peers. + Communicate and present ideas with different departmentsverballyand through written documents. + Proficient in discussing projects with internal partners,vendorsor sub-contractors. + Self-motivated to build contacts and relationships with peers from other departments. + Assistsasrequiredin all emergency procedures as outlined bytheemergency plan. + Demonstrate strong customer service skills with an awareness of guest satisfaction. + Strong computer skillsutilizingOutlook, Teams andbeing ableto create Excel and Word documents. + Manage equipment and tool inventory. + Ability toacquireDante Level 1 Certification andQ-SYSLevel 1 Certification within the first year of employment.

+ Understand risk assessments and ensure reporting of any new risks asappropriate. + In cases of incidents or accidents ensureappropriate reportingis done ina timelyandaccuratemanner. + Actively share ideas, comments, and suggestions for improving safety within their work areas with theirappropriate linemanager.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Skills and Competencies
- + Requires at least two years of experience inatechnicalbased role.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office,Outlookand Teams. + Knowledge of audio/video control systems(e.g.,BrightsignPlayers,BooTunes,Gilderflukes). + Ability to lift and move 50 pounds. + Ability to sit and stand forlong periodsof time. + Experience with troubleshooting and fault rectification + Knowledge of Q-SYS control system software. + Ability to program andmodifyQ-SYS designs with new and existing audio systems is preferred. + Excellent organizational and planning skills. + Self-motivated and actively willing to take the initiative. + Strong problem-solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. + Ability to remain calm under pressure. + Demonstrated ability to work with a team. + A high school diploma or general education degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.
