We are seeking a skilled Lead AV Technician who can confidently handle high-end AV installations and service calls. This role involves working with sophisticate systems like Lutron and Control 4. You will lead a team in the field, maintain high standards, and ensure that all work is done with precision and professionalism. Duties & Responsibilities Perform AV installations including pulling wire, terminating cables, installing speakers, and mounting shades, along with troubleshooting, and quality control Ensure all installations meet the highest standards, with a focus on clean, meticulous work Mentor junior technicians, setting an example of professional conduct and craftsmanship Travel to various job sites as required Communicate with project manager Skills and Abilities Effectively communicate with colleagues and other trades on job sites Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in high-pressure situations Ability to use hand tools Qualifications 2+ years experience as an AV Technician is required Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus, but not required Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record Crestron, Savant, Control 4 and Lutron is preferred Physical Demands Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (company pays a portion) PTO (Vacation and Sick Time) Company Holidays Compensation $27 – $37 per hour based on experience.
