AV Technician Position Available In East Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Description We are looking for a professional, well-spoken Audio/Video technician to provide white glove service and support with various AV technologies. This office has several AV rooms that this person will manage and support. We have had issues connecting to their AV equipment in these conference rooms and are requesting a resource to maintain the equipment in these rooms, set up the conference rooms before meetings, rounding, and making sure all processes and procedures are being followed. This person will be there when the conference rooms are booked to help everyone set up for their meetings, make sure all video/audio is working properly, answer any questions, troubleshoot any issues, etc. They are planning to introduce new technologies down the road that this person can be apart of. We currently use Crestron and Aver brand AV equipment but can be flexible with candidates who have experience with over AV brand equipment. The most important thing candidates need experience with is panning cameras. There are 2 types of cameras that pan – one where it pans to the person who is talking, and one that pans based on whose mouth is moving. This person will need to dress professionally. You do not have to wear a suit, but will have to wear slacks, collared shirt, dress shoes, etc. Visual tattoos are prohibited and no ats are allowed in doors.

Hours:

M-F 8-5ish. Candidate must be flexible as some meeting take place earlier than 8:00AM.
