JobSummary:

The On Call Event Services Technician is responsible forassisting with the floor operations, including setup, strike andoperation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitalityenvironment with a focus on delivering unmatched customer serviceto our guests and clients.

Essential Functions:

Ensure all eventsets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs. Greetguests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on howto operate equipment. Provide continued communication with clientto ensure success of all events Follows through on all clientrequests Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event Maintainaccurate client event information within the Company’s businesssystems Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’ssignature on invoice(s) Comply with all Company security and safetymeasures and is constantly aware of the property inventory andlocation of equipment and ensures inventory is secure from theftand /or damage Ensure all inventory is in good working order andrental condition Ensure any lost stolen or damaged equipment isimmediately reported to management. Ensure inventory is secure fromtheft and/or damage. Make sure all Company occupied areas areclean, organized, and up to Company standards Continually worktoward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio,video/data, staging and computer operation and networking. Complywith all Company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

High School Graduate or equivalent Priorexposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality industry Computerproficiency (hardware, software, and networking)
