NYC, NY Key Responsibilities:

Provide premium executive-level support for video conferencing and audiovisual systems. Troubleshoot Crestron control systems and audio DSPs with confidence, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues-especially during live meetings . Install, configure, and maintain Cisco, Poly, and Crestron AV equipment within high-profile corporate environments. Utilize management applications such as TMS, CMS, CUCM, Control Hub, and Crestron Fusion for system administration and monitoring. Ensure seamless integration and performance of AV systems across conference rooms and corporate settings . Exhibit strong business acumen and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate executive needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of white glove technical support in corporate settings. Expertise in Crestron, Cisco, Poly, and advanced AV troubleshooting . Experience with AV installations is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide real-time technical resolutions . Excellent communication and executive presence .
