You will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting advanced audio-visual, security, and automation systems across residential, commercial, and government projects. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot a variety of AV and low-voltage systems, including: TVs and home automation systems Home theaters and whole-home/business audio solutions Sound masking and surveillance systems Security systems and motorized blinds Cell boosters and low-voltage lighting Run, terminate, and manage structured cabling (data, coax, security, speaker wiring, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with installations Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions in a timely manner Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices Qualifications Previous experience in AV installation, home automation, or structured cabling required Strong technical knowledge of AV, security, and automation systems Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills-able to complete projects on schedule Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record Control4 experience is preferred.
