THIS IS A TRAVEL POSITION
– Travel up to 85% of the time, typically Monday through Friday at a customer site.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Install Video Wall systems, which commonly include 55 -to 80 LCD display arrays, wall mounts, Cat5/6 and Display Port or HDMI cabling between displays, and power cables
Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Accurately read and utilize tools such as tape measures and levels to install and calibrate wall mounts and displays.
Perform on-site cable termination, most commonly RJ-45, Phoenix Block, and SC and LC fiber.
Assist with assembling rack-mounted system components.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS
Experience 2+ years working with network and communications cabling or equivalent education in Audiovisual or Information Technology
2+ years performing Audiovisual display and/or VTC installations, with a preference in video wall installation
Experience in a Lead Installation role preferred
