JobSummary:
The Senior Event Services Technician is responsible forassisting with the floor operations, includingsetup, strike andoperation of intermediate to advanced technology solutions in ahotel or hospitalityenvironment with a focus on deliveringunmatched customer service to our guests and clients.
EssentialFunctions:
Ensure all event sets and strikes are completedaccording to Company SOPs Operate intermediate technology solutionsand troubleshoot if issues arise. Act as leader and mentor to othertechnicians and team members Greet guests/clients before event andprovide clear instructions on how to operate equipment. Providecontinued communication with client to ensure success of all eventsFollows through on all client requests Look for opportunities toenhance client’s event Maintain accurate client event informationwithin the Company’s business systems Review daily invoices withclient and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s) Comply with allCompany security and safety measures and is constantly aware of theproperty inventory and location of equipment and ensures inventoryis secure from theft and /or damage Ensure all inventory is in goodworking order and rental condition Ensure any lost stolen ordamaged equipment is immediately reported to management. Ensureinventory is secure from theft and/or damage. Make sure all Companyoccupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standardsContinually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills toinclude audio, video/data, staging and computer operation andnetworking. Comply with all Company policies and procedures Otherduties as assigned
Education & Experience:
High School Graduate orequivalent Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the audiovisual and/or hospitality industry Computer proficiency (hardware,software and networking
