Our Lead Audio-Visual Technicians are integral to our success, and we rely on their expertise to get the job done right. This position is a full-time travel role and will be scheduled to install projects across the United States (International travel, as needed). Travel to our headquarters in Fishers will be required for all company events and projects, as needed. Travel expenses such as airfare, hotel accommodations, and daily per diem will be paid for by UTG.

Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Project Preparation:

Assist in the preparation for audio-visual projects, including testing equipment and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available and accounted for.

Project Execution:

Install audio-visual technology for standard and custom projects. Help manage project timelines and expectations.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during projects to ensure seamless execution.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and engineers to align on project goals and deliverables.

Customer Interaction:

Represent UTG professionally when interacting with customers, upholding the company’s values of service and excellence.

Travel:

This position will require significant travel to client sites, including overnight travel.
