EVENT TECHNICIAN REQUIRED
(Memphis, TN). Our nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Event Technician to work on THURSDAY, April 10, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Memphis, TN. The Event Technician will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our seminar from start to finish.
Event Technician Responsibilities & Duties:
- Operate audiovisual equipment (videos, images, and PowerPoint slides).
- Troubleshoot technical issues during event.
- Collaborate with event planner to understand technical requirements.
- Monitor audiovisual feeds during events to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct pre-event tests and inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
Event Technician Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in operating audiovisual equipment in a professional setting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Zoom meetings, recordings and Share Screen.
