Full Job Description Description:

At Inter Miami CF we’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Broadcast & Event Presentation Coordinator to support the execution of live broadcasts, in-venue productions, and special event A/V operations at Chase Stadium and Miami Freedom Park. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in live production systems, networking, and control room equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with home and away radio broadcast setup and execution, including remote coordination and transmission support Operate and troubleshoot a variety of technical systems including Shure wireless mics, QSC audio systems, and Blackmagic Design routers, switchers, and converters Support all facility-wide A/V needs, including managing requests, consulting on technical requirements, and operating equipment during live events Provide on-site A/V and tech support for internal meetings, client events, and partner activations Serve as Control Room Operator during home matches and other stadium events as needed Manage IP-based workflows, including basic network configurations (IP addressing, subnets, VLANs) for A/V equipment Troubleshoot and resolve real-time tech issues under pressure during live productions Capture and clip footage of presentations, performances, and special in-game moments for internal distribution Oversee live streaming, recording, and archiving of key events and post-match press conferences Request and track work orders for streaming and broadcast support

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient with professional A/V and broadcast gear including Shure, QSC, Blackmagic, and similar systems Hands-on experience in live event production environments (sports, concerts, or corporate) Working knowledge of IP networking basics as it relates to A/V (subnets, VLANs, static IP config) Strong technical troubleshooting skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live production settings Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Experience in sports broadcasting, particularly MLS, USL, or other live event production is a nice to have Familiarity with control room workflows, audio mixing, and signal flow for large-scale venues is preferred
