The show features a group of emerging creators living and filming together, and we’re looking for someone who can capture clean, high-quality audio in a fast-paced, reality-style environment. The Sound Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating all sound equipment, including lavalier microphones, boom mics, and field recorders. You must be able to monitor audio levels in real time and troubleshoot any issues that arise quickly. You’ll be working closely with the videographer, director, and production assistant to ensure scenes are covered clearly and consistently across each day of filming. The ideal candidate has prior experience in sound recording for reality TV, film, or social media content. You should have knowledge of audio mixing, gain staging, and file labeling best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized and flexible are a must, as the schedule will involve long shooting blocks and varied scenes. This is a freelance, paid position. You must be available for all filming dates: July 6th through July 9th, 2025. Meals will be provided on set.
