Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of production technicians to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Set Schedules:
12-hour shifts & a rotating 2-week standard schedule of 3 days, then 4 days is 15 working days a month as a full-time associate!

You Will:
Relieve Technicians for breaks Ensure that all materials to fulfill the work orders that are present Coordinate team meetings Monitor all Quality Documentation ensuring all is in compliance Converse with Maintenance Technician to prioritize work to be completed on the line Work with new team members to train on line and on auxiliary equipment Responsible for production data that is to be correctly entered into PICS / Iconics Ensure GMP and safety policies are followed Responsible for maintaining ISO standards Initiate action for food safety issues All other duties as assigned
You Have:
Ability to work 2-2-3, 12 hour shift; 6:45pm – 7:15am Associates Degree or higher preferred; Relevant experience will be considered Team Oriented and Self-motivated in all job responsibilities Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Effective time management Excellent communication skills Technical and mechanical abilities; Continuous learning aptitude through training As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
