CURRENT OPENINGS

Ingot Production Operators & Equipment Technicians Monitor growing equipment using tablets/computer systems Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods Must be at least 5’9″ tall due to machine height Hot, physically demanding environment

Key Skills:

Monitor/repair defects, align equipment Wafer Production & Inspection Associates Operate pre-cleaning, final cleaning, and inspection machines Maintain quality standards for over 1 million wafers daily Total employees per shift: 30 Cell Department (Quality Techs, Shift Leaders, Equipment Techs) Perform scheduled/preventative maintenance Report, test, troubleshoot, and summarize

KPIs Preferred:

2+ years experience or coursework in Electrical/Electronic/Chemical Engineering (but entry-level welcome for Equipment Techs!) Module Equipment Technicians Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance Follow SOPs and always wear proper PPE Comfortable working on ladders Maintain parts/tools inventory Utility Technicians Oversee gas, chemical, and waste loading/unloading Troubleshoot and ensure system efficiency Must have mechanical/electrical knowledge Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on feet 90% of shift

Green PSA MVP Shirt, Khaki or Work Pants, Company-issued Hat No jewelry (except silicone wedding bands), sweatpants, jeans with holes, shorts, or leggings PPE must be worn at all times May work in trailers or warehouse during construction phase

Attendance Policy:

Point system: Max 4 points allowed while working with PSA (e.g., No-call/No-show = 1pt, Late punch = 0.5pt) Conversion to permanent employee at 680 hours — increased point allowance to 8 pts
