Hours & Pay Pay Rate:
$20.30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30
PM Employment Type:
Temporary (potential for long-term based on performance) What You’ll Be Doing Operate, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on high-speed production equipment including fillers, blow mold machines, case packers, palletizers, wrappers, and forklifts
Conduct changeovers and preventive maintenance to maximize efficiency
Document production output, equipment downtime, quality inspection data, and maintenance activity
Perform quality checks and inspect raw materials to meet safety and quality standards
Collaborate with departments like Quality Assurance and Maintenance to maintain smooth operations
Attend shift meetings and actively participate in safety and improvement programs
Cross-train to support various departments and contribute during production downtimes
Keep your work area organized and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

What You’ll Need to Succeed High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience performing machine maintenance or preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Familiarity with clean manufacturing environments and high-speed production systems
Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and over radio communication
Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
Forklift experience is preferred
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
