Operations and Technology Job Summary We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring students, and isn’t afraid to take initiative or experiment with new solutions. The Technology Systems and Media Coordinator is a dynamic, multi-faceted role responsible for supporting the school’s overall technology infrastructure while also contributing to campus media production. This position plays a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting devices, network systems, and backend infrastructure used by students, faculty, and staff. In addition, the coordinator supports media initiatives across campus—including the award-winning Raider Network and various events and performances. The role is intentionally flexible and evolves with the school’s needs, often expanding to include new responsibilities related to emerging technologies and collaborative projects. Roles and Responsibilities Technology Support Oversee daily operations in the Tech Center, providing technology support to students and faculty. Manage and maintain devices, including iPads, MacBooks, Apple TVs, and accessories. Support device management platforms such as Google Admin, Apple GSX, Mosyle Manager, Apple School Manger, BulkSignature, ClassVR, and others. Assist with troubleshooting office technology, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and related software. Support network and infrastructure needs, including access control, security cameras, TVs, projectors, speakers, access points, switches, servers, battery backups, and fiber infrastructure. Assist with technology infrastructure upgrades and repairs. Provide training and oversight for students utilizing the Tech Center during study hall periods. Coordinate and mentor student tech team members and volunteers assisting with technology in the Tech Center Live Production & Raider Network Assist with full production events, including football season, select basketball and baseball games, and arts and entertainment events. Maintain and upgrade broadcast infrastructure and related technology. Set up and support live broadcasts on campus. Train students participating in Raider Network to enhance their technical skills and production knowledge. Events on Campus Assist with events and performances on campus with media needs, including pep rallies, performances, plays, and other activities in the Performing Arts Center or other areas. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in software platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Admin, GSX, Mosyle Manager, and other related software. Familiarity with hardware, including iPads, MacBooks, projectors, sound systems, access control, and security cameras. Experience with live broadcasting, production equipment, and managing multimedia content. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across a variety of platforms and devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, faculty, and staff. Ability to train and mentor students in technology and broadcasting roles. Experience managing websites and digital content. Qualifications Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred. Strong competency in video production, editing, and multimedia storytelling. Background in IT support, networking, or live production. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field is preferred.
