Cherry Farms Rd, Cordova, TN 38016 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Master Control Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of broadcast operations, ensuring that all programming is transmitted smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of video production and post-production processes, as well as proficiency in various editing software. Duties Monitor and control the technical quality of live and recorded broadcasts. Operate video switchers, audio mixers, and other broadcast equipment. Ensure accurate scheduling and playback of programming content. Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts and implement solutions promptly. Collaborate with production teams to prepare content for airing, including video editing and post-production tasks. Maintain logs of daily broadcasts and equipment usage. Assist in the training of junior staff on equipment operation and best practices. Skills The successful candidate will possess the following skills: Proficiency in Photography and Videography techniques. Strong experience in Video Editing , particularly with software such as Final Cut Pro , Adobe Creative Suite , Adobe After Effects , and Adobe Illustrator . Knowledge of film production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to team members.
