Role Overview As an Expert Copywriter & Editor, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality content and ensuring all deliverables meet top standards for grammar, style, SEO, and brand consistency. You will focus on proofreading and editing, optimizing content for SEO, and ensuring that all materials align with client needs. While you won’t manage a team, you’ll collaborate closely with the project management team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Proofreading & QA:

Review all deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards for grammar, style, SEO, and brand consistency to improve client credibility and SEO rankings Conduct thorough quality checks to verify accuracy and effectiveness before client submission

SEO Optimization:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies as needed Optimize content for keywords, SEO best practices, and audience engagement

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of content and meet client specifications Maintain clear communication with team members to address any challenges and ensure smooth workflows

Content Delivery:

Ensure all content aligns with client-specific goals and brand voice, producing polished, impactful materials that exceed client expectations

Qualifications Required Skills:

Copywriting Expertise:

3+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in real estate, marketing, or SEO-focused content

Editing & Proofreading:

Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and style, with the ability to polish content to perfection

SEO Knowledge:

Advanced understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and content strategies that drive results

Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML, Google Drive, and project management tools like Monday.com

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with team members

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
