Copywriter Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, an insurance company located in Boston, is seeking aCopywriter to join their team for 6-12 months. This hybrid rolewill require 4 days onsite, allow for 1 day remote, and have hoursfrom 9am-5pm. It is compensating $25-$30 an hour, depending onexperience. Responsibilities:

Reviewand refine customer-facing communications such as policy notices,billing notices, and claims updates. Ensure all messages meetcriteria for clarity, tone, accuracy, consistency, and timing.

Provide editorial feedback and suggest rewrites when needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, claims,underwriting, and marketing. Help maintain a centralized messagingguide and flag outdated or redundant content.

Qualifications:

3years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or editorialwork, preferably in a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of plainlanguage principles and ability to simplify complex topics.

Familiarity with personal auto and home insurance terminology anddocuments. Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strongattention to detail. Experience working independently and managingmultiple projects. Ability to interpret and apply legal orregulatory guidelines.
