TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned e-commerce brand redefining the sunglasses industry through innovation-first, fashion-forward designs. With a global audience and an engaged community of influencers and customers, we are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead our visual storytelling, product ideation, and brand innovation across all platforms.
Role Overview:
The Creative Director will be the visionary force behind our content, product aesthetics, and brand strategy. This person must be deeply attuned to social trends, capable of overseeing and producing compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, while also guiding product research and design with a sharp eye for what sells in today’s e-commerce landscape. This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit—someone who treats this brand like their own, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to learn and grow. You’ll receive guidance from our CEO, but you are expected to take initiative, make decisions, and bring bold, creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms and campaigns Lead ideation and execution of high-performing content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and email marketing Analyze performance of creative content and adjust strategies based on metrics and trends Content Creation & Social Media Concept, produce, and edit short-form videos and visual assets for social media Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Influencer team to develop cohesive content plans Be hands-on in shoots and content creation, both in-studio and on-location Product Research & Design Conduct trend research across fashion, tech, and lifestyle to inform product development Lead the creative process for new product launches, from concept sketches to working with vendors on production-ready specs Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to ensure product design aligns with customer needs and brand identity Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the marketing, influencer, and paid media teams to align creative with conversion goals Provide strategic creative direction for campaigns, photoshoots, and product drops Ensure all content and design is optimized for e-commerce performance and brand growth
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a creative or marketing leadership role, preferably in DTC e-commerce or fashion/beauty (preferred, not required) Strong portfolio showcasing social content, video direction, product design, and brand campaigns Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut) In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current e-commerce trends Exceptional storytelling and visual design skills with a growth mindset Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-motivated – you seek solutions, not just direction Ability to travel to our Brooklyn office 2-3 times per week and attend occasional offsite shoots
