As an Art Director, you’ll play a critical role in transforming creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets. What You’ll Do:
Prepare and refine digital and print assets for production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage multiple production projects in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and design specifications. Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to concept, design, and execute creative concepts across various platforms. Make necessary revisions and optimizations to design files based on feedback, ensuring high-quality final outputs. Adapt creative assets for different formats, sizes, and platforms, ensuring a seamless brand presence. Maintain organized files and version control, streamlining workflows and ensuring efficient asset management. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an art director or graphic design role within an agency or similar environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of color theory and design principles, including typography, composition, hierarchy, iconography, and imagery. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design production tools. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and technical errors. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and digital asset optimization.
