Your Impact We’re seeking a Creative Lead who thrives on big ideas and smart strategy—someone who can turn insights into standout campaigns and lead concept development across Digital, Out of Home, Print, Experiential and other channels. This individual should be a strategic and visionary leader responsible for shaping the identity across channels. Responsibilities Lead the concept development and oversee production of integrated campaign concepts across various channels including paid media, CRM, print, social, and web
Partner with cross-functional teams: Brand, Digital, CRM, Media, Product, and Trade to translate strategy into compelling creative
Present and articulate creative thinking with clarity and confidence to stakeholders
Elevate the work with a strong creative point of view and high attention to detail, ensuring everything aligns with MSC Cruises’ brand identity and marketing objectives
Guide creative execution from initial idea to final deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
In collaboration with Brand & Advertising, brief and manage external creative agencies, production partners and freelancers as needed
Drive creative quality and timelines across projects
Mentor creatives and support the development of a high-performing creative team
Stay current on platform trends, cultural insights, and design movements that can inform and inspire the work
Your Journey so far Qualifications 7-10 years of creative experience, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industries
Both agency and in-house experience preferred
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
Experience with global brands
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong portfolio of integrated campaign work that showcases conceptual thinking and executional craft
Expertise in digital-first campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display Network, and CRM
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative tools
Familiarity with print production, signage, and CMS platforms a plus
Bonus:
experience with video editing, animation, or UX/UI design
