Job description
Our client is looking for a collaborative Creative Brand Director to bring strategy to life through storytelling, branding, and compelling creative execution. This individual will have experience working with founder-led organizations, emerging brands and have a heavy focus on brand storytelling and creative leadership. MUST have a portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and content strategy. MUST be passionate about fitness, health and/or wellness.
Qualifications
6+ years of creative experience in brand storytelling, creative direction and content marketing
Proven background in leading creative teams (in-house only) with a focus on digital-first branding
Experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and creative production
Ability to translate brand identity into compelling creative and messaging
Knowledge of video production, photography, and digital design
Passion for fitness and/or sports
Responsibilities
Define and lead the brand’s creative direction, ensuring a strong brand identity
Oversee content strategy, ensuring compelling storytelling across all platforms
Lead and manage the content and creative team, ensuring all marketing assets align with the vision
Develop and execute brand campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue
Collaborate with the CEO to ensure product storytelling is deeply integrated into marketing
Ensure high-quality creative output across digital, email, social, and website channels
Drive innovation in how the brand tells its story and differentiates itself in the market
Own creative production processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
