Role:
This is not your average marketing position. You’ll lead the charge on branding, design, content, and execution for one of Douglas Elliman’s top-producing teams — with full creative freedom to innovate and elevate the brand. You will work directly with elite agents, oversee best-in-class marketing initiatives, and be responsible for maintaining the luxury positioning that has defined this team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Direction:
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the team’s high standards and market dominance.
Creative Design & Brand Aesthetic:
Own the look and feel of the brand. From digital campaigns to printed brochures, you’ll oversee and create elegant, elevated visuals that resonate with discerning clientele.
Agent-Centric Marketing:
Create custom campaigns and marketing tools that support individual agents’ branding, luxury listings, and personal growth initiatives.
Content & Digital Execution:
Create & Manage the production of high-impact content across social media, email marketing, listing campaigns, print advertising, video, and events.
Performance & Optimization:
Track performance, engagement, and ROI — and make data-driven recommendations to fine-tune and evolve strategy.
Collaborative Leadership:
Work closely with team leadership, agent partners, and cross-functional support (PR, design vendors, events) to ensure seamless execution.
