We are looking for a Brand Director to join our growing team! : We’re seeking a strategic, design-savvy Brand Director to lead and shape the visual and narrative identity of our brand across multiple business units. This role will steward the look, feel, tone, and consistency of all marketing and branded assets, ensuring they resonate with our audiences in the legal and professional services industries. You will manage and inspire a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and video editors while collaborating closely with Product Marketing to develop high-impact assets for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with strategic thinking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of marketing to professional, discerning audiences.

Remote Work:

. Want to work from home? No problem! As a Brand Director, you will: Own and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity across business units. Ensure consistency in brand expression across websites, digital campaigns, print, video, and experiential channels. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all internal and external touchpoints. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, video editors, and content writers. Set creative direction, review work, and provide feedback that fosters excellence and innovation. Develop workflows and processes to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and output quality. Partner with Product Marketing to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support product launches, demand generation campaigns, and sales enablement. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to meet the unique creative needs of each while maintaining overall brand integrity. Provide creative support for executive presentations, internal communications, and corporate events as needed. Oversee the development of websites, digital assets, videos, infographics, and collateral that clearly communicate the brand and value proposition. Guide creative ideation sessions, campaign planning, and cross-functional brainstorming. Manage relationships with creative agencies and freelancers when needed. Monitor and manage creative budgets and timelines for branding projects. Additional tasks as assigned A great fit for this position has: 7+ years of experience in brand/creative leadership roles, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments. Proven experience managing creative teams across design, content, and video disciplines. Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, campaign work, and cross-channel marketing assets. Expertise in working with or creating brand systems and design guidelines. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video production platforms. Experience supporting product marketing and understanding the B2B buyer journey. Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of the professional services and/or legal industry is a plus.
