Your Opportunity:
This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative concepts across a wide range of creative projects. You will serve as a bridge between product, paid media, social media, CRM, and creative teams—transforming complex product and service information into clear, compelling concepts and messaging tailored to each team’s goals and channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure that all creative outputs align with the MyBambu brand and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with MyBambu’s standards. Interpret briefs from various departments and translate them into compelling creative concepts that resonate with target audiences. Craft engaging copy for diverse channels, including paid campaigns, organic social media content, CRM emails, and other key assets. Delegate tasks effectively among team members, providing clear guidance and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer care teams to align creative strategies with overarching business goals. Review and approve creative materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing strategic objectives. Encourage and contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table. Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for efficient task tracking and documentation.
Skill and Abilities:
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences. Proficient in crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to various channels. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the capability to adapt messaging accordingly. Ability to analyze market trends and consumer needs to inform creative strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Job Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, is a plus. Minimum of five years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital media trends. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creative agencies, in-house marketing departments, or similar roles. Strong background in copywriting and campaign conceptualization.
