THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you possess world-class art direction skills, a proven track record of crafting compelling visual identities, and the strategic acumen to elevate a global brand while directly supporting the needs of a high-performing sales organization? If so, Salesloft is looking for you. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring successful product adoption and retention of key customers in the business. Specifically, you will: Lead and inspire a team of graphic and web UX designers
Oversee art direction and brand consistency across all visual executions
Champion and evolve the Salesloft visual identity
Lead brand refresh initiatives; own the visual expression and evolution of our brand
Manage external creative agencies
Actively participate in the creative development process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into visual strategies
Ensure seamless integration of UX design and visual elements on the website
Partner with the product UI/UX design team to ensure on-brand digital experiences
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop brand expressions that support their goals
Oversee the creative team’s budget
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and advocate for design excellence
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in design

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As our Brand and Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind Salesloft’s visual identity, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our mission to empower sales teams. You’ll lead a talented team of graphic and web UX designers, as well as manage external agency partnerships, to create impactful and consistent visual assets across all platforms. This isn’t just a management role – you’ll be deeply involved in the creative process, bringing your exceptional art direction expertise to life and ensuring our brand consistently stands out in a competitive landscape.

We are interested in brave and innovative thinkers who can help us achieve our business objectives and at the same time, envision a creative path to differentiating our visual identity, expression and extending that distinction over time.

THE SKILL SET

8+ years of experience in creative roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
Exceptional portfolio showcasing a mastery of visual design principles
Strong track record of developing and implementing visual identities
Passion for hands-on design
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience working with sales leaders and developing brand expressions that support their objectives
Experience in managing and directing external creative agencies
Ability to translate business objectives into visual strategies
Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
Proactive and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to push back on unreasonable expectations while maintaining positive working relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Bonus Points For:

Experience within the SaaS or technology industry
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and web development basics
