About You:

As part of the Creative Experiences Inhouse Agency, the Associate Creative Director (art director) plays a pivotal role, emphasizing exceptional creativity. This position requires a strategic and conceptually driven creative leader with a passion for developing bold, breakthrough campaigns rooted in brand strategy. This role requires exceptional visual storytelling skills, a strong creative vision, and the ability to raise the bar of excellence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a compelling communicator, an inspiring mentor, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be skilled at leading brainstorms and presentations, managing multiple projects, and staying ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to drive innovative work. Description

  • Strong creative skills with the ability to think conceptually and develop big idea campaigns that are strategically grounded
  • Raise the bar of creative excellence. Ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency
  • Develop and execute visually compelling, smart, authentic and unexpected brand narratives that break through and capture audience attention
  • Play a leading role in the evolution of the brand across all touchpoints
  • Ability to articulate vision, idea, and objectives
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Actively leads, participates, and contributes to brainstorm sessions
  • Fosters positive relationships among the internal stakeholders, the creative department, direct reports, and other partners
  • Serve as an aspiring example and mentor to junior creative staff
  • Ability to lead presentations
  • Agile problem-solver who can prioritize. Knows when to think big and when to flex towards more practical solutions
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Stay abreast of industry, technology, cultural, design, and platform trends to inspire forward-thinking work Basic Qualifications
  • 7 + years professional experience as an art director, at an agency or in-house (ideally agency)
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio featuring a wide range of conceptual and strategic creative work
  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
  • Experience in creative conceptual development, brand strategy, advertising, marketing, innovation, and corporate identity
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational, detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to changing deadlines Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to proactively solve creative challenges, self-motivate, and work both independently and collaboratively.
