Creative Social Media Director Stephanie Lyn Life Coaching Lynnfield, MA 01940 We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build compelling content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to our e-commerce platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure cohesive, impactful messaging across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and elevate brand presence. Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite , with strong emphasis on Adobe Illustrator . Monitor trends, conduct social listening, and pivot strategies as needed to stay relevant. Track and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency. Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders. Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce. What We’re Looking For management, digital marketing, or a related role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite , especially Illustrator . Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and how social media integrates with them. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation skills. Familiarity with analytics and social listening tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.). Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. A self-starter with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in social media trends and tools.
