Senior Art Director / Designer (Part-Time)

Client:
Our client is an ad agency based in the Greater Boston area, known for delivering bold, strategic, and creative campaigns across a wide range of industries. They are currently seeking a conceptual and collaborative Senior-level Art Director/Designer to join their team on a primarily remote role. You’ll be asked to join the team on-site here and there for meetings, kick offs, collab sessions etc. For this Senior AD/Designer role, you will help with any overflow work that comes in for two of their clients (cannabis and convenience/ gas retail), contributing to a variety of brand assets. You’ll be expected to bring strong conceptual thinking, a flexible design approach, and a deep understanding of brand systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative concepts
Design a wide range of assets including infographics, email templates, branding and logos, social media content, swag (shirts, buttons, stickers), event and activation collateral
Work within established brand guidelines while knowing how to creatively stretch them
Participate in occasional onsite meetings for collaboration and alignment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in conceptual design
Proven ability to work across both B2C and B2B brands
Strong portfolio showcasing activation/event collateral and brand storytelling
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Monday.com, and Slack
Highly collaborative, nimble, and comfortable switching between diverse brand voices
