Full-TimeHybrid$80,000 – $95,000 /yr Posted June 18, 2025 Our Health and Life Sciences Agency client is searching for an Art Director to join their team. This role will be working closely with both the Creative Director and the account team on Managed Markets and Patient Support communications material and tactics.

FTE Key Responsibilities:
Ability to design in a range of different media; print, digital, video, PowerPoint, etc. Act as the lead of visual execution and be responsible for quality control. Must be able to develop clear, concise art direction that is both visually interesting and appropriate to the subject matter Delivers work on-time, and on-budget Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions. Incorporates ideas and makes revisions in response to the feedback and criticisms of clients and team members in a business-like, open-minded manner Maintains responsibility for project from initial phase through final execution. Keeps necessary stakeholders and creative director apprised appropriately Demonstrates the ability to review existing materials, gather resources, and continue to improve and expand Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus Ability to interpret data and produce visuals to support the information
Front-end digital design capabilities is highly preferred (Ability to design banner ads, landing pages, emails, etc.)
Qualifications:
6+ years of creative design field experience (at least 4 years in an agency setting) Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent Hands on experience with managed care market access Proficient with MS Office suite especially PowerPoint Proficient with Mac OS platform and all current design software, including, but not limited to, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience in programs such as Figma, Articulate Storyline, After Effects, and others is a plus. Web Interactive & digital experience is highly preferred
Prior agency experience (or similar role) with a focus on pharmaceutical/healthcare communications is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
