• $190,000 /yr Posted March 21, 2025 Our client, a well-known branding firm, is looking for a Creative Director to join their team.

The role will be full-time and hybrid with 3-4 days a week onsite in NYC. To be considered for this role, you must be hands-on, passionate about pitching/ driving new business, have experience fostering a strong creative team culture, and have experience building brand identity systems.

Responsibilities:

• Help guide and inspire the creative team, setting the standard for innovative design solutions that transform brands
• Create brand identity systems, narratives, and visual identities that resonate with consumers and drive business growth.
• Lead the development of competitive and forward-thinking design strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.
• Actively pitch and drive new business, fostering strong relationships with clients and representing our client as a center for creative excellence
• Execute and build client programs with a hands-on approach

Qualifications:

• Must have a successful track record as a Creative Director in a brand or design agency, demonstrating exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Experience developing and executing successful brand strategies for large-scale, global brands, ideally within consumer-facing industries.
• Must have STRONG client-facing/pitching experience
• A strong understanding of design principles, current trends, and emerging technologies, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a creative vision and inspire both teams and clients.
• Polished business acumen, comfortable interacting with C-suite stakeholders and driving business growth.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
