With a team of 15+ rockstars and a new corporate venture launching soon, we’re now searching for a Swiss Army knife of a Creative Director—someone with the full spectrum of skills, leadership experience, and creative fire to shape the future of the agency. Immediate Opening – Full-Time, On-Site We’re looking for a Creative Director who brings more than ideas—you bring execution. This rockstar will work closely alongside the CEO and the Chief Creative Officer. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of agency life, lives for story-driven content, and has the hands-on ability to lead campaigns from concept to completion across video, web, social, 3D, and branding. You’ll mentor a growing team of creatives, lead key projects, and raise the bar for every client we serve. This position also offers a clear path toward senior leadership or a C-suite role at both Ryan Leckey Media and our soon-to-launch sister company.
