With a team of 15+ rockstars and a new corporate venture launching soon, we’re now searching for a Swiss Army knife of a Creative Director—someone with the full spectrum of skills, leadership experience, and creative fire to shape the future of the agency. Immediate Opening – Full-Time, On-Site We’re looking for a Creative Director who brings more than ideas—you bring execution. This rockstar will work closely alongside the CEO and the Chief Creative Officer. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of agency life, lives for story-driven content, and has the hands-on ability to lead campaigns from concept to completion across video, web, social, 3D, and branding. You’ll mentor a growing team of creatives, lead key projects, and raise the bar for every client we serve. This position also offers a clear path toward senior leadership or a C-suite role at both Ryan Leckey Media and our soon-to-launch sister company. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the creative strategy and execution for integrated, multi-platform campaigns Managing and mentoring a team of 10 designers, videographers, editors, and freelancers Website design and development (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix) 3D animation and motion graphics (Blender, Cinema4D, After Effects) Cinematography and documentary-style video storytelling Scriptwriting, concept development, and brand messaging Presenting creative ideas to clients and guiding feedback Collaborating with producers/project managers to keep timelines on track Providing real-time direction on set and in post-production Taking a leadership role in coordinating the settings, videography, photography, and overall “feel” during on-location shoots Keeping RLM at the forefront of trends in video, design, social, and digital strategy What You Bring 5+ years in a creative leadership role at a marketing, media, or production agency A knockout portfolio featuring full-scale campaigns, cinematic and doc-style video, websites, and animations Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D design software Proven experience in both building websites and managing digital experiences Strong cinematography and visual storytelling chops Confident presenter with the ability to lead clients through the creative process Passion for mentoring—teaching your team how to do it better Full-time, on-site availability in Jessup, PA Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed What Success Looks Like Visually striking, strategically sound, and creatively bold work Your team leveling up thanks to your guidance and mentorship Clients impressed, engaged, and eager to work with you again Helping lead RLM’s future—because you’re not just part of it, you’re shaping it Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses PTO, Health Insurance Support, and 401K Access to top-tier tools, gear, and creative software A culture that values bold thinking, collaboration, and high standards Supportive leadership and growth toward C-suite roles Professional development—conferences, workshops, and training Direct involvement in building two brands with our upcoming venture Immediate Opening – Apply Now If you’re ready to lead game-changing creative, mentor an exceptional team, and grow into a top leadership role at a company on the rise—this is your moment.
