About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced senior designer to grow with our creative team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, strategists, and account leads to develop bold and compelling creative that drives impact for some of the world’s most inspiring change makers. You’ll play a key role in building visual solutions that inspire action and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
Create beautiful visuals for websites, branding, campaigns, print and digital experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with strategic goals Present design ideas and creative rationale to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence Maintain high creative standards while balancing timelines, budgets, and technical constraints Stay current on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the agency’s creative output
Requirements:
3-5 years of design experience Strong visual storyteller Keen eye for typography Ability to distill and direct the transition of strategic ideas into creative execution Excellent communication skills Ability to evaluate efficient, effective creative solutions Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, XD or Figma, Canva, Microsoft Word & Powerpoint, and Google Docs & Slides Self-directed, self-motivated, able to balance creative concepts with real world restrictions and project budgets Work well under pressure and meet deadlines Team player mentality with the ability to lead Comfortable creating quality work and meeting timelines A values driven team member who lives with purpose and conviction Nice to haves: Marketing agency experience Motion design and/or video editing experience Mailchimp experience Webflow experience
