Summary We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team at Turn Her Style. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the creative vision of our boutique, ensuring that our offerings resonate with our customers and reflect the latest fashion trends. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visual merchandising strategies. Assist in curating seasonal collections that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences. Oversee the design and execution of promotional materials, including social media content and in-store displays. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for product launches and events. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into creative decisions. Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms and marketing initiatives. Requirements A minimum of 3 years completed of a Bachelor’s degree program in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a creative role within the retail or fashion industry is a plus. Strong understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Model recruitment and management preferred.
